01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Fox Travellers (the "Website"), booking a tour package, or creating an account with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and customers of The Fox Travellers.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 12 years of age to register an account. Travellers under 18 must book through a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including a valid Indian mobile number and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@thefoxtraveller.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

03 Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Fox Travellers.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received.
• A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation voucher.
• Package prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, or anything not explicitly listed in the inclusions, unless stated otherwise.
• Statutory taxes such as GST and TCS are applicable as per prevailing Government of India regulations.

04 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance the cancellation is requested, and on the cancellation terms of our airline, hotel and transport partners.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@thefoxtraveller.com.
• Advance booking amounts and registration fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7-21 working days of approval.
• Airline tickets, visa fees, and non-refundable third-party bookings are governed by the respective supplier policies.
• No refund is available for unused services once a tour has commenced, or for no-shows.

05 Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Travellers are solely responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and health certificates required for the journey.
• A passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date is required for international travel.
• We assist with visa documentation but do not guarantee visa approval. Visa rejection by any authority does not entitle you to a refund of tour costs.
• Travellers must report at pick-up points at the stated time. Delays caused by the traveller are not our responsibility.

06 Limitation of Liability

The Fox Travellers acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage or additional expense caused by acts or omissions of these third parties.

We are not liable for disruptions arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions or flight cancellations.

We strongly recommend that every traveller purchases comprehensive travel insurance.

07 Traveller Conduct

• Travellers must respect local laws, customs and the instructions of the tour manager.
• We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a tour whose conduct endangers or disrupts others, with no refund.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, transport or equipment must be borne by the traveller.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, itineraries, graphics, logos, photographs and software, is the property of The Fox Travellers or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish any content without our prior written permission.

09 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the date published on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
